If there’s one thing my career has taught me, it’s that the right kind of support changes everything. It frees people to think, create, and lead… without being buried in the day-to-day grind.
Before stepping into the world of virtual business, I spent over 15 years working in high-level administration roles across corporate, legal, and entertainment sectors in Sydney. Those years taught me the importance of precision, discretion, and adaptability - qualities that have shaped my foundations, and impacted the way I work today.
In 2008, I discovered the VA world and built my own business from the ground up. It came at a time when I was rebuilding my confidence after leaving a toxic work environment. That experience became a turning point for me – not just professionally, but personally – and I learned first-hand how empowering it is to take control of your work, your time, and your wellbeing.
By 2017, I’d founded VA Institute, which went on to become one of Australia’s most recognised training and mentoring organisations for Virtual Assistants. Over the years, I’ve guided thousands of women to start and grow successful online businesses, all while refining my own systems for building high-performing virtual operations.
In 2024, VA Institute won the State Telstra Best in Business Award in the Accelerating Women category, and the opportunity to be judged as a National Finalist – a wonderful recognition for the work we’ve done (and continue to do) helping others create freedom and flexibility in their careers.
Now, through my own consultancy, I have channelled all that experience and knowledge into working directly with Thought Leaders, Speakers, Coaches, and Solopreneurs, helping them structure and scale their businesses with calm, clarity, and flow. I bring decades of administrative expertise, creative strategy, and virtual business know-how – the kind of support that lets you stay in your zone of genius while I quietly handle the rest.
Because after all these years, I’ve learned that real success isn’t just about working harder. It’s about having the right person in your corner – someone who brings order to the chaos, clarity to the process, and care to every detail.
